Jada Burrell is a Certified Lifestyle, Health & Wellness Coach with a passion for helping individuals move beyond survival mode and into lives rooted in alignment, clarity, and sustainable well-being.
With over 25 years of experience in the federal government — including leadership roles in management, human resources, and 15 years in career coaching — Jada brings a rare blend of professional insight, emotional intelligence, and real-world understanding to her coaching practice. She is known for being deeply trusted by those she serves, creating a safe and supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to speak their truth.
For the past two years, Jada has dedicated her work specifically to lifestyle, health, and wellness coaching, guiding clients through meaningful habit changes, mindset shifts, and personal growth. Her coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that transformation begins with honoring who you are right now — and then creating a clear, intentional map to help you navigate toward who you desire to become.
Jada’s work is also shaped by her own life experience. In 2019, she faced a significant medical challenge that taught her firsthand the power of lifestyle, health, and wellness coaching. Through that journey, she learned how powerful it is to be physically, mentally, and emotionally supported — especially during times of uncertainty. Even in moments of concern, her coach helped her see beyond her current circumstances and stay connected to the life she was working toward.
Today, through Beyond Your Purpose, LLC, Jada helps others do the same — guiding them beyond burnout, beyond limitation, and beyond survival, into lives of alignment, peace, and purpose.
